Submitting an inquiry form does not guarantee availability or secure a booking. A date is only confirmed once:
A formal proposal is issued
A contract is signed
A non-refundable retainer is paid
All proposals have expiration dates and are subject to availability at the time of signing.
3. Pricing & Payments
All pricing is subject to change at any time without notice until a contract is executed and deposit is received.
Retainers and deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.
Final payment deadlines, payment plans, and additional fees will be outlined in your contract.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are provided in your signed contract.
Make & Munch reserves the right to cancel services if invoices are not paid on time or if client behavior violates safety or professionalism standards.
5. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time, including adjusting offerings, pricing, availability, or service descriptions. Any changes made after a contract is signed will not affect your existing agreement unless mutually agreed upon.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Ensuring venue compliance for setup, electricity, access, or food regulations
Obtaining permits if required
Maintaining safe conditions for guests and staff
Any changes to guest count, timeline, or venue access must be communicated promptly. Additional fees may apply.
7. Liability
Make & Munch is not liable for:
Venue restrictions
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances outside our control
Damages caused by guests or venue staff
Allergic reactions or sensitivities related to food items, crafts, or materials provided
Clients assume responsibility for informing guests of any relevant risks.
8. Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, imagery, designs, photos, product descriptions, and cart concepts are the exclusive property of Make & Munch. They may not be copied, replicated, or used without written permission.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Information submitted through forms or bookings will only be used to communicate about your event and will never be sold or shared with third parties outside of our operational partners.
10. Website Content
We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that website information (pricing, photos, descriptions, availability) is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies at any time.
